Introducing your RMR SuperStars

RMR is lucky to work with a group of the kindest, most supportive, and most loyal healthcare staff.

And whilst we’d like to think that you already know how much we appreciate you, we wanted a way to highlight just how much.

We’d like to introduce our new RMR SuperStars award.

Every month we’ll be highlighting, and rewarding, three RMR SuperStars who have lived and breathed our core values of Care, Quality and Making a Difference.

Adele Sands
Registered Nurse
Adele working for RMR in the Scottish Hebrides when her flight was cancelled due to poor weather.
Adele then decided to work additional shifts to support the hospital and allow local staff to spend time with their family.

Kofi Benefo
Healthcare Assistant
Kofi has worked with RMR since 2016 and has always been keen to help. Kofi’s car recently broke down and whilst he never told the office staff, he continued to work full-time to support our clients.

Debbie Convery
Registered Nurse
Debbie has been supporting both the Glasgow and Edinburgh offices since joining RMR. Debbie is always flexible and is regularly requested personally by our care home clients.
